Here’s a political giveaway I’ve never seen before: Gasoline!  May not be renewable, but it sure will sway voters.  Back in May Dan Seals (D), who is on the ticket for Chicago’s 10^th Congressional District, offered to pay the difference between 1.85 (the price of gas during when Incumbent Mark Kirk (R) was elected into office), and the present price of 4.14 a gallon.  Seals hoped to highlight the severity of the present energy crisis.
