Bill Clinton for Prez in ‘08!
Nearing the close of 8 years of awful leadership, and watching two candidates sling mud at each other right up until the election this year, I’m sure many people out there wish Bill Clinton were still in office. Here’s a 1996 pin from his midwest tour, which, as you can see, was sponsored by 21st Century Express, the train he rode to cross the country. The back reads, “”Paid for by J. K. Patrick, a Clinton supporter.”
That’s not a bad way to get your name out there, associating with the popular nominee for president and slapping something on the front and back of his buttons. Of course, you don’t necessarily have to sponsor his travel from city to city. You don’t even have to associate with a presidential candidate or politics. Just choose the cause you want to promote, and design promotional buttons to get your message and your name out at the same time!
