It’s Election Day So Go Vote!

This Election Day (November 4) will mark the end of a very historic presidential election that fostered droves of substantial politics from two worthwhile candidates, great political promotional items, and loads of political comedy! This has been a LONG battle for the White House and it is in our best interest to go out and vote today!
I just wanted to conclude this 2008 presidential election season with my favorite political schwag items:
1) Political Pins- just in case you didn’t want to wear a shirt with McCain or Obama’s face plastered on a t-shirt, a pin was an inconspicuous way of supporting your favorite candidate
2) Customized T-shirts: I love making a statement! There were plenty of limited edition, customized t-shirts circulating this election. Promotional t-shirts were a great addition to my political gear collection.
3) Novelty Items: This year’s election had a great increase of young voters and these novelty items like the Obama Waffles, political figure vinyl masks or political playing cards really initiated energized discussions amongst young voters.
Here are my top picks for political endeavors from this election:
1) Saturday Night Live’s Election Spoofs
2) Political Cabbage Patch Kids Dolls from Jakks Pacific Inc.
3) Obama and McCain Felt-Puppets by Abbey Christine
4) Political Action Figures from Hero Builders
Whatever party you represent, your choice will only count if you go vote!
