Barack Obama and Russian President Dmitry Medvedev have initiated a nuclear disarmament proposal with their signing of the New START (new strategic arms reduction treaty) in Prague. Hopefully, this will be passed by both the Senate (USA) and the Duma (RUS) and we can look forward to bringing about more peace in our world! This has always been a big issue for President Obama; it was one of his major platforms for his promotional political campaign! I can just see the custom posters now…”World Peace, YES WE CAN”!
