In a debate on last week’s decision by the Russian and Ukrainian Prime Ministers to extend the lease on a Russian naval base in Ukraine, the opposition party launched promotional food at the Chamber Speaker. Talk about custom government protocol! I think the next time that the Ukrainian parliament holds a meeting they’ll hand out egg shaped promotional stress balls instead!
